Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern repair services provided by Space Coast Gadget Repair (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1046 Dixon Blvd #128B, Cocoa, FL 32922. By dropping off a device or requesting repair service from us, you agree to these Terms.

Repair Warranty

Repairs performed by Space Coast Gadget Repair are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of service.

Diagnostics

Basic diagnosis of your device is free when it does not require opening or disassembling the device. If properly diagnosing your device requires opening it, disassembling it, or performing other technical work, that work constitutes labor, and a diagnostic/labor charge may apply.

Parts & Deposits

Some repairs require us to order a replacement part on your behalf. If a required part costs more than $50, a deposit is required before we place the order.

Unclaimed Devices

Devices left with us for repair must be picked up within 30 days of drop-off. This 30-day timeframe is our store policy and is not a statement about Florida law. If a device is not picked up within 30 days, it may be treated as unclaimed under this policy, and Space Coast Gadget Repair may retain and/or dispose of the device to help recover outstanding parts, labor, and associated repair costs.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales and completed repairs are final. We do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your repair, please contact us to discuss an exchange.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
